Eligibility:

*Most personnel discharged from Active Military Service (unless it was under dishonorable circumstances).

*Some Active Military personnel may be eligible while on active duty if  (1) 90 days of service was during war time and/or conflict periods (2) Two years of military service since 1980 or 181 days of service during peacetime.
